VAT

As a VAT (value added tax) registered company, we’re legally obliged to charge VAT on all applicable sales. As the UK is no longer part of the EU however, in practice this means the only sales on which VAT is charged are those from within the UK.

We are not registered with the IOSS and therefore VAT is not collected during the checkout process for EU customers, regardless of order value. This does mean, however, that VAT may instead be charged by your local authority during the customs/import process.

Customers from the UK will see the inc VAT price on the storefront with a VAT breakdown at checkout. All international customers, including those in the EU, will see an ex VAT price and will not be charged VAT at checkout.
