Customised products (anodising and laser engraving) are ineligible for returns or refunds. Your warranty remains unaffected.
Custom anodising may have an extended lead time of up to two weeks.
Laser engraving adds a lead time of 1-2 working days.
Unless laser engraving is also purchased, custom anodised products will have the standard Minifab logo engraved. Some photos on the website are shown without logos; these are simply demonstrative of the different colours.
We reserve the right to photograph customised products for use on our website and in marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise at the point of purchase.
